Goto Control Panel
Goto Services Control Applet
Select VNC Service
        Change startup settings to AUTOMATIC

That should do it!

P.S. Make sure you set your password on vnc, or it won't work.

Subject: VNC Service Startup

Hi,
On a Win NT environment, when the server is re-booted, can the WinVNC service
be started before a user logs in? When connected remotely through VNC, I can
send alt-ctrl-del to the host, upon which the server re-boots. However, if I
am not on site, I would like to be able to re-connect to the VNC host without
going on site.
Any feedback is appreciated.
Anees.
