I have installed tightvnc with "winvnc -install" (not 100% sure what the option
is called) on NT4 SP3. When I switch the computer on I do not have to log in at
the computer but I can do it with vncviewer from another computer. I usually
just turn the computer on, not the screen, and then use it from my laptop from
another room.

I can't remember I have rebooted the computer but since the VNC server starts up
when I start the computer I imagine it would start after a reboot also.
