Anees,

I think there is a misunderstanding. To install VNC as a service,
you need to go to the 'start menu', then over to the 'programs' menu, over
to the 'vnc' menu, over to 'administrative tools' menu, and then select
"Install as service". Then choose "Run Service Helper". You should be
prompted to insert a password. If not, click the vnc icon on the system
tray and insert the password. Now reboot and the service should start
before a log in occurs allowing you to log in remotely without local help.
Now when you connect, you should see a "Log on" prompt. Send a
"control + alt + Delete" from the vnc icon menu in the upper left corner of
the window.

Good Luck.

Have a Good Day,

Michael L.

Graham,
Thanks for your response.
I know I can send alt-ctrl-del , but after the host server re-boots, then
some user has to login on the host, and only then the VNC service starts.
What if I am not on site, and want to re-boot the server, & then get
connected to the server again. My question was is there a way to start the
VNC service before after a re-boot, and before anyone logs in to the
server,
so that I can re-connect to the server, without any intervention?
Anees.
