William, 1. Pardon me for sending my last reply to your private mailbox and not to this list. I should have checked the To: field before clicking on Send button.
2. Start -> Programs -> RealVNC -> VNC Server -> Show Default Properties -> Password makes VNC server to work as expected. Right-click on VNC icon in system tray shows current system properties only. That little discrepance between current and default properties mislead me in wrong direction. Thank you for helping me solve this problem.
