1. Pardon me for sending my last reply to your private mailbox
and not to this list. I should have checked the To: field
before clicking on Send button.

2. Start -> Programs -> RealVNC -> VNC Server -> Show Default
Properties -> Password
makes VNC server to work as expected.

Right-click on VNC icon in system tray shows current system
properties only. That little discrepance between current and
default properties mislead me in wrong direction.
