3.3.7 includes only a few of Mike's patches. The memory leak patch you
ask about is no longer applicable, because the code segment it was in
has been replaced for other reasons.

I just looked through the release notes and it was not clear to me if
the
patches provided by Mike Smith made it in or not. I am most interested
in
the memory leak fix. I'd rather not do a diff on the code.
Does anyone know if his patches made it in or not?
