Cut'N'Paste

I turned a friend on to VNC, anyone have an answer to his question?

VNC is Sweeeet!
No problems! Works fast!
(now, if I can just figure out how to cut-n-paste data between an 
application running remotely and one running locally, I'd be able tgo do 
everything my little mind could think of!)
