Hmm. RHAS is based on one of the RedHat Linux 7.x releases, isn't it? My RedHat 7.3 machine works with gnome-terminal and autocutsel. [EMAIL PROTECTED] whooper]$ rpm -q --whatprovides "/usr/bin/gnome-terminal" gnome-core-1.4.0.4-54 Autocutsel I believe is required to get gnome-terminal and VNC to copy/paste. After re-reading my previous note about autocutsel, let me clarify it: Autocutsel appears to change VNC's copy/paste behavior because Gnome uses the "new" buffer and VNC uses the "old" buffer. Autocutsel just syncs the two buffers. I thought I had something to this effect in the first mail, but I must have just been thinking it. Sorry for the confusion. -- William Hooper _______________________________________________ VNC-List mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] To remove yourself from the list visit: http://www.realvnc.com/mailman/listinfo/vnc-list
