Anytime the PC is behind a firewall, NAT box, etc, some form of port forwarding is required to accept any connection from the outside. This is the same for web servers, mail servers, etc. Check the manual for the Sonic wall to find out how you would configure a web server and then put the port 5900 in place of port 80. The biggest problem I see is the DHCP, your PC that you wish to control may not have the same IP the next time you need to connect. I suggest making it a static IP address.
