Is the firewall not under your control? Is a simple port forward not possible? What are the parameters of your desired solution, I need an idea of what you are trying to do.
If, you had a linux firewall, ssh could portforward for you to any box you need and there would be no limit to the number of connections, except maybe processor speed. I am not going to suggest 200 ssh connections would work fine on a 486 based firewall. For a great cheap linux firewall, you can check out www.coyotelinux.com which includes ssh. Runs on a floppy. Only a old box with a floppy drive and 2 nic are needed.
