Thanks, Christopher.

Constantin Kaplinsky was kind enough to forward me a link (Thank you!)
where I downloaded a multipoint VNC server compiled for Windows:

Click the "download" link at http://sf.net/projects/vnc-reflector/
and download the file vref_124.zip there. That's a Win32 version built
with Cygwin.

I want to be able to run VNC in either direction, that is, I want to be
able to share my desktop with an associate, OR , I want to be able to see
his desktop. Since I cannot be certain that my associate won;t be behind a
firewall over which I will have no control (i.e. hotel, or at a client's,
etc.) I thought that it would be much easier to have the VNC Multipoint
server OUTSIDE of both firewalls (if they exist) so that I don;t have to
deal with firewall or port forwarding issues.

The above server looks like it will do what I want. I plan to start
experimenting with it.

I also plan to look at TightVNC as an alternative to VNC
