HA!  YOU'VE got the dead mouse too, huh?

What I saw on MINE was that my home mouse was asleep and wouldn't wake up.
If I called home and someone "bumped" the mouse for me to wake it up,
everything would work.

Don't know if you have the same situation, but worth a try.
