Hello John, I wish that were the case. I could see the remote mouse cursor moving when that person at the remote location was moving it. But as for me moving it, only the cursor dot moved, not the mouse cursor. I'm familiar with the dead mouse. This problem just started a few days ago and I'm puzzled to why. I even downloaded the new beta version to see if that would help. nothing changed. I just wonder if something on his machine is blocking my access to his mouse for some reason? Been doing this with his machine for almost a year with no problems until now. Strange, huh?

Why? HA! YOU'VE got the dead mouse too, huh? What I saw on MINE was that my home mouse was asleep and wouldn't wake up. If I called home and someone "bumped" the mouse for me to wake it up, everything would work. Don't know if you have the same situation, but worth a try.
