1)  I'm afraid I don't understand the question.  Can you explain what you
mean by "online at the same time"?

2)  Neither VNC Viewer nor VNC Server require special access rights to run.

3)  I'm afraid I don't understand the question.  Can you explain what
capability you are referring to?
