I need to connect with VNC overe the Internet through a firewall, and also through my Intranet. I've installed and reinstalled RealVNC, free edition, three times. Configuration seems like it should be simple, but nothing works. It doesn't matter if I run Server, User, or Listening Viewer. Nothing will connect from inside or outside my network. The only thing that works is Viewer - I can connect from my machine to others running VNC, but they cannot initiate a connection to me. I'm running an XP OS. Can anyone tell me what I'm missing?
