I see. Thanks for clearing that up, Robin! (And sorry, John and Alex, if that's
what you meant - It was the "headers" info that tipped me off)

The issue for me, then, may stem from a number of variables:

First off, I appear to always receive replies addressed from their authors, not
the list, so my reply-to would go to them, not the list. Therefore, I have to
do a 'forward', not 'reply'.

Also, my normal e-mail client is ....., but because this is a public
"untrusted" list, I don't want to publish my real address, even if it is
lightly munged (spammers can easily harvest them from the list anyway)

So, I use Sneakemail, which generates that wierd addy you see above. The caveat
is that I cannot (yet) reply directly, I have to cut-and-paste into Sneakemail,
which surely messes things up. I believe that Sneakemail has a way around this,
but it's not for the faint of heart... I'll read up on it, and try again.

Too bad there isn't a 'test' list to which I can send tests, without polluting
this one, or some way to delete messages I've sent.

Again, thanks for your help!

Salutations,
  -Paul
