I wish I knew.  I've spoken with a few people on the help desk, and none of them
were able to answer any question I had about the firewall except to say two things:

     1. "We don't block any ports".
     2. "We don't support tunneling."

That's when I ended up speaking with the supervisor, who said:
     3. "We're not going to look into this for you."

I got the sense I was speaking with a group of people who are VERY
new at managing an ISP.  Sorry I can't say more.
