Look it up in Google, many have seen this, we still run into it weekly with users that have the before mentioned NAV versions. John, I jumped in this thread with an offer to help resolve this issue. I mentioned that I've not seen this issue with the latest versions. I am aware there where some issues with the 2001 product, I believe these have all been resolved. Every few months this issue comes up on this list and you blame NAV, other people point out (correctly) this also happens when NAV is not installed. I'm only interested in tracking down what is actually going on so it can be resolved one way or another, However, sadly its clear from your response your not interested in fixing the problem.
