Gang, > At least for our part, Outlook Express downloads e-mail normally until it reaches the malformed SPAM message and then quits. The next time the automatic send-and-receive fires, it re-downloads the messages and quits at the offending message again (leaving all the messages on the server and not downloading anything beyond the SPAM message). This repeats all day until the user calls us. It's always been solved through webmail or manual deletion on our part. It's always SPAM, with the exception of a single case. An update, the consumer team was able to reproduce a problem with a message containing a '.' in the header as described. However, they see also Outlook failing on these messages even when NAV is not installed. So, I'm still looking for a good example where Outlook works properly, but fails with us installed. Any help here would be most apreciated, if there is a real issue, I would love to get it killed once and for all while I have some people here assigned to it.
