There doesn't seem to be anyone to contact at msn.com to find out why either. I couldn't even telnet to their mail server port and get a greeting. I suspected it was some kind of blocking in place but we are not blacklisted anywhere else and our mail server has never been open to relay. We did have a permanent modem user leave their mail server open for relay for several days on the same C-class as our mail server so that concerns me, but there is no way for me to check. However under the Holding file under the folder marked msn there is file called domain and here is what is in it: Domain-name: msn.com Last-tried: 1045642485 Try-number: 39 Last-failure-reason: Did not receive SMTP greeting from host Mx-host: smtp-gw-4.msn.com Mx-preference: 20 Mx-status: 0 Mx-expires: 1045644844 Mx-ip-address: 207.46.181.13 This has been going on for just over 2 days!
