Title: Message

This has been an interesting thread, even more so when you see the people who have posted.

Petar, you really should think before you post as you are alienating yourself from those who may be able to help you. Getting on the wrong side off people is not the way to get problems solved. It normally just makes those involved more upset and less likely to be helpful.

Whilst I do agree that Vircom lost customer loyalty through their own erroneous ways, they do appear to be making amendments. I do know that several Vircom staff read this list, and some would probably love to get involved in this thread. However I am sure they have not done so to evade a slagging match that would almost surely occur. Vircom staff have been extra responsive to queries over the last few weeks even though they are hard at work on new versions. Their decision to delay the release of VOPMail 6 makes perfect sense to me especially due to the product going through a name change (it will now be called ModusMail Lt.). Vircom have been listening to the Alpha / Beta testers who also appear to be the most active people on the mailing lists.

Before this message drags on, if you felt the way you did about VOPMail and Vircom’s service, why didn’t you just send an email to Vircom or look for alternative products. Instead you flame the list, which gets you on a couple of people blacklists, and also gets you noticed by people who may help you. I personally note people who make posts like this and have a nasty habit of not helping them in the future.

Suneel.

John,

I looked really hard at the Vircom site to find out where you were

listed as the list manager - thats right - I couldn't find any

such thing, so that means you can f!ck off.

Maybe you should learn to operate the delete button on your keyboard

rather than jumping in to make a personal issue of perectly valid

comments aimed at Vircom on a Vircom forum to wich Vircom customers

subscribe and I /AM/ a Vircom customer.

If you don't like what I write I suggest you unsubscribe or

learn to use those powerful filtering tools built into the

product to which you claim to own.

If you want to keep this up as a personal attack I can guarantee

that I will still be here when you have given up, fool!

Have a nice day.

..Petar
