Frank,

I'm not saying anything at all about the spammers and the bounces to
them, I'm merely referring to dealing with customers who's email does
not go through.  If we put in blocks for spam, then as admins we have
the responsibility to be extremely careful about those blocks and we
have to be ready to deal with issues they may create for our customers.
If the blocks we use cause too many support issues then those blocks are
causing more problems than they are solving.  As for spammers and block
notices, that is an issue I'm not getting into here.

Mike, I don't disagree with you. I just don't see how it's productive to
say that the bounce message shouldn't be as informative to the customer
as possible.  I don't buy the argument that it helps the spammers
because their return address isn't real anyway.
