The spamming tools out their are usually through anonymous smtp relay
so the original spammer will not see any replies assuming the from:
address is legit in the first place.

Letting the occasional false positive actually know why they could
not deliver email is a good idea.

Sometimes you just don't get the filter right the first time :-)
