That the company was a shell was known to both parties. So, I cannot see this as anything as IH and Rossi trying to get things straight. The only way I see sense out of this it is that the shell company hired people in an attempt of doing a double party test. The hired people would not know that they were working for a third party issue and neither that it was a cold fusion experiment.
