a real concern then it will be better to consider how to mitigate that problem
sooner rather than later. Unfortunately, the current structures which are
similar to the HotCat system appear to be wide open and lack significant
shielding.

Mitigate are you kidding? With a simple diode RF can be converted into
electricity. No thermal process required.
That's what I was trying to enhance in my experiments. Unfortunately I could
not get the experiment to emit RF.
