I agree. What is worse, I fear it may have sucked most potential funding out of the field. It is a terrible distraction, and a tragic waste of resources. Every dollar spent by I.H. on the lawsuit is another dollar that might have been spent on experiments instead. It make me sick to think of it. - Jed
