Terry, Several months ago, I watched a car crash of discussion threads evolve on the Y! free_energy group between Paul Sprain, his partner and Tom Schum on one side, and most everyone else - led by Dave Howe - on the other. The way that things fizzled out was with Paul disappearing off the group. However, before leaving, both he and his partner claimed that they could run their motor just from a charged cap - with no outside power source.
