I only hope it doesn't cause an explosion which could 
blow up your J Cell. 
OTOH, the J Cell (or any other electrolyzer) full of H, H2,OH, and O2 
without N2 dilution seems like an explosion waiting to happen.
A liquid pressure pump might be a better choice.
