Doubt any complex conspiracies are developing in Wash DC other than a regime is passing and the players in the great game are scrambling as new players form behind the curtain for the next act in the drama. Beyond gridlock could be the theme and the music a takeoff of "seems I've heard that song before, it's from an old familar score".
