For the record- here is Gene Mallove's older pdf from
ICCF10 which references P Graneau, George Hathaway,
etc and provides Mallove's take on the water-arc and
other energy anomalies - and also J.P. Vigier on the
air-arc (COP = ~1.24)

Anyway - Vigier is mentioned since his 'tight Bohr
orbital' hypothesis (hydrino-like) is probably
superior to the Graneau idea of some kind of stored
solar energy. Should I say "less pathological" instead
of "superior"?

Gene seems to claim that the experiment is "100%
repeatable". I just wish that old refrain still rang
true. 

It has a much finer pitch today - now that gasoline is
$4.50 a gallon compared to $1.50 when the article was
written ... and it has not been that long ago.
