Well, what are the suggestions? Can they be made without a spectroanalysis or other extra steps? If so, let us make these suggestions now. Here is the most basic suggestion - one that he will most likely be interested in doing anyway - for reasons of confirmation. I have talked to two experts who suspect that the putative 13C+ could be molecular 12CH (whether or not the H there is a hydrino - it does not matter). Did Mizuno retain enough of the residue to have a sample re-analyzed, perhaps independently - with this single goal of looking closely at the mass 13 species? Jones
