What we are actually witnessing is an "observer" peeping into our reality from somewhere else. We perceive the "UFO" as occasionally darting about seemingly defying the laws of physics, particularly the laws of inertia, because their tentacles are furiously working away at the knobs and dials as they move their interdimensional periscope about the surface of our planet from one vantage point to another.
