I'm well aware there was far less freedom in all categories in the past, not to mention elsewhere in the world today. My regret is that we are willingly giving up what we have now to return to a form of tyranny effectively not very different from it. And yet you accuse me (and those like me) of not understanding what's involved here. Frankly I think it is an intentional mischaracterization. You're far too smart not to know better. - R.
