Yes there is fairly convincing evidence of tritium and helium production, however the evidence that they are produced in same ratio as plasma fusion is really meager.
Whether the source of heat should be attributed to fusion in the same sense as it is attributed to fusion in a plasma reactor OR should be attributed to some other heat producing phenomena, I think we can say nucleosynthesis is present.
