They give only in exceptional cases permission to use their logos . Or
they refuse it.
In no case they sponsor others. Their logos are only to be used for
information and to advertise NI products.

He must get an own Trademark first.
That is easy. Anyone can get a trademark for around $300 in the U.S.
I always wondered why he doesnt present it. Cant wait to see it.
