It could be a rampant scam and still not inherently illegal if they properly warned people ahead that the proposition was high risk. I'm not a lawyer and I don't play one on the internet. Maybe one can comment. I am intrigued by the translation from Kullander. I wonder what he will say. " is important but it's not the main issue. I've already said what the important questions are. I hope Kullander speaks to them. I'm sure he's already had plenty of input from plenty of people!
