It is impossible. Rossi is an experienced businessman, so he should know that. Perhaps he is just spouting off. Perhaps he is trying to frighten Defkalion. On the other hand . . . . . . maybe he has teamed up with someone like GE, Westinghouse or Hitachi. That would give him a significant lead in the market for a few years. - Jed
