Yes AG I am completely OK with DGT's strategy because essentially Thermacore invented the device, Mills explained some of it, Rossi improved it but failed to get a usable patent for what he added. Rossi wrote the contract and could have claimed the benefits but only if he could deliver what the contract specified - but he could not.
Why should anyone feel sorry for him? He failed to deliver on a contract he wrote.
