This is not surprising, since there has been a notable falling out between the two brothers [e.g., 3]. It was Bob Rohner's popper that has been purchased and tested by Russ Gries [4], and it was a device provided by Bob Rohner that Michael McKubre looked at. It was Intelligentry that was raided by the FBI. Unless there is further information to come to light, I do not think we can assume that Bob Rohner was implicated in whatever lead to the FBI raid. That is not to say anything about the legitimacy or lack of legitimacy of Bob's business dealings.
