Jones, if I read the original report, the december test was performed on a contruction that has a steel inner tube containing the Ni powder. That cylinder was surrounded by a ceramic layer of corundum, which as a whole was surrounded by a Silicon nitride shell. The March test was performed on a device consisting of both a steel inner and steel outer cylinder. There is no mentioning of SiC in the report. Maybe you used different reference?
