Very well said, Peter. I think it's easy to underestimate how intimidating it is to go on a globally streamed demonstration like this in front of your peers and to do that well unless you are deeply confident in what you are showing.
Anyways, I do agree however that this was a demo and not a public 3rd party test signed off by employed academics with careers at stake. For all that Rossi annoys the heck out of me, he did at least orchestrate that. Personally, the milestones I'm now looking for are (in order of desire): 1. Publicly available product 2. A generally available reproducible experiment 3. More 3rd party tests 4. More patents revealed Interesting the reverse order is in order of probability: 4,3,2,1.
