Very few people in cold fusion have been as open as this. Granted, it would be better still to put the device in someone else's lab, but this was pretty good. Rossi went from saying "no tests!" a few years ago to this. We should give him credit for this. He is much more open than he was, and his credibility is much improved. I suppose it is still possible he is faking it but I think that is an extremely remote possibility and I do not worry about it. I do not think there is any chance he is making a mistake. Previously, I worried about that, because his tests have been somewhat sloppy, as I and others pointed out. (I still have not seen the Defkalion test so I cannot judge how convincing it was, or comment on that. A person should look very carefully at these things before judging.) - Jed
