On the other hand, it is good for people to be close to nature here on earth. I don't like the idea of living on asteroids or space towers. I am not sure it would good for people to live on the moon. Mars is okay if it can be terraformed. We want children running around outside in the woods and fields, and swimming in lakes. I hope that thousands of years from now, people still burn firewood, grow vegetable gardens, and walk in the woods. See the last chapter of my book. We humans have as much right to occupy the biosphere as any other animal. I agree we should not take our food from the biosphere, or use it to clean up our sewage or garbage. - Jed
