Jed,Rossi has told us that not only is the process written down in detail but a few others now know it. Also, he claims his partner has constructed a working E-Cat without any involvement by him. So, like everything else with the E-Cat it all depends on whether he is telling the truth.
I give him the benefit of the doubt unless proven otherwise.
