do you confirm that the work of ENEA/SRI/NRL as presented in brussels conference, and in ICCF18 is a good synthesis of knwoledge of F&P electrolysis... The conditions seems to be well understood today... only recent data is about impurities and cristallography, and the rest is quite old...
