The computer illustrations are too cluttered to follow and I didn't didn't the patent very useful either. It explains the first half of the cycle with the weight descending but not the magical part where it is lifted up again. At least I couldn't follow it.
More to the point, having finished the first machine and presumably
attempted to run it (they said it worked) RAR have stated building a
second, identical machine in the US.
