The RAR gravity perpetual machines (http://rarenergia.com.br) had a design change between June and September 2013 which can be seen from photos 40 (14/06/2013) and 41 (10/09/2013) where weights on lower arms are removed/replaced. The text found there appears to confirm that. This can be considered as a supporting fact.
Anybody have a theory about this machine ?
