If I was the LENR community i would ask all scientist to boycott nature, Science and alike, for publication and for citation... that would be fair. Scientist will quickly and rationally know that if they try to publish there they won't be cited... absolutely monstruous, but no worse than what Nature and Science organize with somme scientific communities against dissenters to kill dissenting journals.
