This is what disturbs me about Mills; Hope seems to be his most important product. And ever more troubling, Mills reminds me very much of Joe Papp.
Joe Papp was the master of the hope game and he had a over unity device that worked. But Joe never when through the pain of putting this engine in the hands of the consumer. When he wanted to move to Florida, he just asked one of his backers for the millions he needed to buy the boat and the new car and the Florida house. When Papp was asked about his failure to commercialize his product, He frankly stated that it was easier to just take the money from his backers to support his good life. Why go through all the effort to manufacture his engine; life was too short for that. This is a common scam in the over unity business. What Mills will eventually do involves what is down deep in the soul of this developer; and in that dark place, no one can really ever know what that is.
