This oscillation would be powered by excess mass of the
proton providing the spin energy to shrink the electron orbit. That is the
first half-cycle. Later, that spin energy is given up as thermal energy
immediately when the orbital re-inflates (unless the oscillator is captured
in a cavity…A more accurate wording would be that the spin energy, which was transferred from the nucleus (proton) to the electron on shrinkage, is seen as UV photons on re-inflation. These photons are immediately downshifted to heat as they are in the vacuum UV range which is universally absorbed.
