Thanks Christoph! I have attached the xml file that I used (it is a very large system, and I tried many min/max/block values), and the output error from my terminal I have copied into a text file (csg_fmatch_error). I used the exact same votca version I used before, and I also used votca/1.2.4 on a different system and got the same segmentation fault. I also used a variety of gromacs version (4.5.5, 4.6.7 etc).
